As can be deduced from the Regulation’s title, it is the main legal act regulating
the employment conditions of [Administrators](https://euemployment.eu/glossary/administrators/),
[Assistants](https://euemployment.eu/glossary/assistants/), Secretaries and Clerks,
and Contract Agents in the [European Commission](https://euemployment.eu/glossary/european-commission/)
and all other EU institutions.
