If you are a citizen of a European Union member state, you can apply to any of the vacancies. As the competition currently is quite fierce for vacancies in new institutions, I would advise you to aim for vacancies that fit your professional experience as closely as possible over the past 5 to 10 years.
Primarily, you probably should be looking at Frontex, Europol, Eurojust, and the European Defence Agency. It is possible that your skill set might also be relevant for the European Aviation Safety Agency. I would also probably keep an eye out for vacancies at the EU Space Agency in Prague.
