The term ‘Staff Regulations’ refers to the Regulation No 31 (EEC), 11 (EAEC), laying down the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community.
As can be deduced from the Regulation’s title, it is the main legal act regulating the employment conditions of Administrators, Assistants, Secretaries and Clerks, and Contract Agents in the European Commission and all other EU institutions.
